1. IT Internal Audit Supervisor
Job Description :
- Perform Audit Activity based on IT Risk Based
- Conducting Reviews of Applications System, IT processes, and IT Networking
- Analyze, Identify Valuable Data Sources to Complete Audit Processes
- Identify Risk, Impact, and Propose Solutions to Business Challenges
- Create internal audit reports
- Drafting Recommendations on Corrective and Preventive Action Plan
- Perform effective communication with auditee to ensure the audit operates smoothly
Requirements :
- Minimum has 3-4 years of experience in IT Audit or IT Related Fields
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Information Technology/Information System/other closely related fields
- Have knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the Internal Audit function.
- Have basic knowledge of IT Networking/IT Infrastructure/IT Development is preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both oral and written
- Highly motivated, willing to learn, have positive attitude and able to work as a team.
2. Learning Partner Assistant Manager
Job Description :
- Research learning and development practices in order to meet organizational, department, and individual development needs
- Communicate course requirements with trainers, facilities, learners, and external suppliers with agreed timelines
- Provide a reliable point of contact for all learning and development matters
- Ensure staff attend internal and external learning events to meet legal requirements and wider L&D strategy
- Produce reports on learning and development activity using agreed HR performance indicators
- Prepare or select any learning and development materials or programs required by the learner/trainer
- Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures
- Monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms
- Support the L&D team in achieving their development goals
- Manage the learning and development calendar
- Provide administrative support to staff and managers in the planning and delivery of L&D events and strategy
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR team where required

Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any Major
- Experience in Retail Industry / Retail Electronics
- Good office-based admin skills, ideally in an HR / L&D environment
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Discretion, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times
- General understanding of HR / L&D activities
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
- High level of integrity and ability to recognize and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements
- Experience in working with training and development providers
- Knowledge of where to access up-to-date learning and development information
- Knowledge of Data Protection
- Willing to go mobile to stores in Tangerang area to give training.
3. Finance Staff (Cirebon)
Job Description :
- Membukukan dan kontroling transaksi penjualan dan pembayaran sales
- Konfirmasi ke dealer untuk penyelesaian pembayaran transaksi penjualan
- Finance AR
Requirements :
- Pengalaman sebagai Finance min 1 tahun
- Pendidikan min D3 Ekonomi (Akuntansi, Management), S1 lebih diutamakan
- Menguasai Ms Excel (expert)

- Executing audit procedure according to scheduled program
- Examining findings and or creating audit reports
- Reporting to supervisor regarding findings
- Working along with Operational Audit team in monitoring agreed action plan with auditee every monthly
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Have at least 1 year working experience as operational audit
- Detail-oriented, have a good problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and work in a team
- Willing to work in high mobility nature of work (operational to outlet, warehouse etc)
5. Learning Partner Region Supervisor (Bandung)
Job Description :
- Conduct Training Needs analysis
- Conduct training curriculum and design the content for digital program
- Deliver training
- Evaluate training effectiveness and result
- Prepare report related to the training process and employee development
- Review training and development records, identify and collate training needs, and identify the gaps. Assign and coordinate the appropriate training for all current employees in line with their roles
- Implement the training schedule for all employees, establishing review dates and further training in line with employee’s role and the requirements of external bodies
- Map out training plans for new starters and allocate required training and induction programs on commencement with Company
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with a relevant major
- Having experience min 2 years as a Trainer, in the retail industry is a plus

Job Description :
- Pembuatan konsep dan perencanaan konten kreatif:
- Merencanakan dan membuat konten untuk publish di media sosial sesuai dengan rencana marketing, principal, operator, bank atau financing
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim selama persiapan materi konten & jadwal publish konten.
- Social Media Management:
- Mengatur highlight marketing di akun media sosial
